3v3 Team Pickleball offers the opportunity to create teams of three from any combination of
Men, Women and Mixed in any variety. Enter under your age/skill level.
No tie breakers are needed as the outcome is settled at the end of each match up.
Games are played to 15 win by 1 switch at 8 with rally scoring.

Rules
Players age qualification: If a player has an upcoming birthday in the current year, said player can move up to the next age level. Players can play down to a younger age division, but players with more than one year difference cannot play up.
Team name required upon registration. Three players makeup your team.
Sides will be switched at 8 and games are to 15 win by one and on your serve.
The coin toss can be any method agreed upon by team players. Winners earn HOME status and get to choose serve or receive. Loser chooses the side to start. The team that chose to serve keeps serve throughout their match ups. The next match starts where the serving team finished. This continues through subsequent matches.
Skill qualification: Players combine their DUPR ratings and play in the appropriate age division. Director will verify total team rating to ensure proper entry.
Combined age or skill divisions may occur if pools are not filled up. If pools do not fill up, then we prorate cash payout divided by the teams that paid and entered. Teams are considered registered when they are paid in full. Only team captains will make payment for their team.
In order to register, players are required to create an account with DUPR. This will help to ensure that all players are registering in the correct age/skill division.
Time Out: Each team has a one-minute time out. One additional minute is available for both teams when switching sides.
In the case of a tie between teams at the conclusion of the round-robin, the following will be tallied to determine who moves on to the medal matches-Wins first, total points second, then head to head. If needed, point differential will also be considered.
Off the court, teammates cannot assist with line calls or signal to teammates on the court. One point will be deducted after being warned once.
Let serves are good after clipping the top of the net if they land in the designated quadrant. If any service touches the encompassing no volley zone lines, that serve is a fault and serve possession is lost.
Balls that catch the top of the net and drip down hitting a saggy net, or metal cross members will be replayed. Only the team on the side where the ball bounces makes the call. To reduce disagreements, players must consult with their partners on all calls.
Only USA Pickleball approved paddles are allowed for the tournaments. Only proper non marking shoes with laces are approved for tournament play.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
No Refunds will be given in the case of a rain out, but players will receive a full credit for the makeup date or a future tournament.
Cancellation before registration closes will be honored, a refund minus credit card processing fee of 10%.
Cancellations made after closing of registration will not be given a refund.
